Systems Review and Analysis
We provide in-depth review of policies and procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of systems designed to address healthcare delivery and the protections afforded patients, residents and human research participants. This review of standards coupled with site visits and interviews of knowledgeable parties affords healthcare organizations and sponsors of clinical research with an analysis of their current practices and systems vulnerabilities.

After review of policies and procedures, we develop standards and protocols to augment care delivery. Implementation of these standards and protocols will be through in-person and web-based training. The results from our site reviews enable healthcare providers and those responsible for oversight of clinical trials to modify, where appropriate, existing systems in order to assure compliance with government requirements and patient, resident and/or research participant safety.
